Psycho Paper Topics For Alfred Hitchcock

Psycho Paper Topics For Alfred HitchcockPsycho Paper Topics for Alfred Hitchcock is a fascinating look at his various films. The topics deal with murder and in some cases, the framing of the crime. Each episode of this show has several different topics that Hitchcock would discuss. Some of these topics include a killer who were trying to find a long lost love; a man who was involved in a run-in with the law; and the death of a famous artist. The particular episode of Psycho Paper Topics for Alfred Hitchcock that I listened to was devoted to examining the film Psycho.Having previously seen Psycho, I had a good idea what to expect. This film featured one of the most iconic sequences in cinema history. You know the one...the one in which Norman Bates walks into his family's bedroom and kills his family members one by one. The film is suspenseful in that it is quiet and tense. The Psycho Paper Topics for Alfred Hitchcock series was a lot different from the others. Each episode featured a d ifferent director, and each episode dealt with one Hitchcock film. For example, the first episode was about Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger's classic film, North By Northwest. This particular episode was titled 'North By Northwest Revisited.''Psycho' would be a part of the series called 'Entr 'acte,' as this particular film was included in the second episode of the Entr 'acte series. This film would be the second film from North by Northwest. In this episode titled 'Entr'acte 2,' a whole episode was dedicated to the Universal Studios classic, The Birds. The third episode to be featured in this series was titled 'CreatureFeatures,' and was the only one to be released in both versions. This episode was about The Birds, starring Linda Hamilton and Luke Wilson. Of course, not much else was known about this film at the time. The fourth episode to be shown was entitled 'The Unbearable Lightness of Being,' and was a rare, true thriller for the popular television show. The fifth episode in this series was entitled 'Entr'acte 2: Electric Boogaloo,' and was titled after the movie of the same name. This episode was titled after a film starring Elvis Presley, 'The Unbearable Lightness of Being.' The sixth episode in this series was titled 'Entr'acte 1: Early Bird catches the Worm.'All six episodes in this series were great films. The Psycho Paper Topics for Alfred Hitchcock series continues to be enjoyable viewing. I highly recommend that you check out this series. It's worth your time.
